About Stephanie

Dr. Stephanie Hampton Credle is the Chief Executive Officer of Chrysalis Enterprise.  She is a lifelong learner.  She has 30 years of experience in Human Resource Development, Conflict Resolution and Analysis, and diversity and inclusion fields.  

She completed a Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree, and Ph.D. as a single parent, adult learner.  Her experience has contributed to the Chrysalis method of training and coaching.  Dr. Stephanie believes training should be relevant, flexible, and mutually beneficial to the learner and the facilitator.  In addition to her formal education, she is a certified coach, speaker, and training with The John Maxwell Team.  Stephanie’s area of expertise is Unconscious Bias, Conflict Resolution, Workplace Diversity, Leadership Development, and developing conflict resolution systems.
